(1) The bill passed by the provincial assembly shall be submitted to the provincial head for verification.
(2) When a bill is under consideration, even if the session of the Provincial Assembly is over, action may be taken on that bill in the next session. However, if a bill is pending in the provincial assembly, if the provincial assembly is dissolved or the term of that assembly expires, such bill will become inactive.
